Leading through turbulent times – working out what I have learned and how to always look forward

Caroline Wayman
In conversation | Public lectures

In this lecture, Caroline will share insights from her career spanning both the private and public sectors, highlighting the importance of always looking ahead. It can sometimes seem as though there was a past era when everything functioned perfectly, tempting us to try and return to it. However, Caroline will explore her perspective on why we should ‘never go back’. Instead, she will emphasise the value of listening, learning, and continually adapting to move forward effectively.
