Why NTU…

Why did you choose NTU and your course?

I like doing coursework, personally, and find being hands on with designing a lot more enjoyable than just sitting listening to theory or answering questions in an exam. NTU offered just that, so I chose it for how the course is taught.

What did you think about the course staff? How did they support your learning and university experience?

I like the tutors, and they offer a vast amount of aid and support me when I need it. They have made studying an incredibly positive experience.

What was your favourite aspect of the course?

During my first year, I was tasked by the NET (Nottingham Express Transit) TramLink Network to design a new interface for their app. The UX/UI project was a new experience since I’ve always been more into designing tangible products. We will be doing another one this year and I hope to do better and create an even more enjoyable product building on my experience

How would you promote NTU to potential students in 10 words or fewer?

An advocate for individuality; a promise for the future.

What's next for you after NTU?

I would like to become a designer at a company that priorities design over formality.
